Warranty
Can I return my order?
Yes, we accept returns for refund or exchange within 30 days of delivery, as long as the items are in new, uninstalled condition and in their original packaging. Custom orders are non-refundable, and all sales are final. Please note, shipping fees are non-refundable.
Can I make changes to my order?
Once your order has been processed, we are unable to make changes. However, if the request is made early enough, we will do our best to accommodate. For custom orders, changes cannot be made once production has started.
What is your warranty?
We offer a warranty that covers defects in materials and workmanship for one year. This warranty does not cover damage caused by improper installation, misuse, or wear and tear.
My order arrived damaged, what should I do?
If your order arrives damaged due to shipping, it is eligible for an exchange within 30 days of delivery. Please note the damage on the carrier’s Bill of Lading (BOL) and notify the driver. If the BOL is unavailable, report the damage directly to the driver to initiate the claims process.
Do you offer repair?
We’ll do our best to assist with repairs. If your product is still under warranty, we can also provide replacement options.
